Want to meditate more this season? Practice daily affirmations? Or try deep breathing? The #ExhaleChallenge will guide you for 30 days!

The Exhale Challenge includes one month of:<ul><li>daily affirmations, </li><li>guided meditations, </li><li>breath-work, and</li><li>mindful movement through yoga.</li></ul>Registration for the challenge is free, thanks to Dr. Asha (Author, Educator, National Speaker) and Temple Fit Co. Wellness Education &amp; Events Agency. We will use the <a href="https://www.doctorasha.com/exhale" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Exhale: Women’s Affirmation Journal</a> to guide our journey together. So, we recommend grabbing a copy before we get started. Here’s What to Expect…Start by setting aside 10-15 minutes per day. We will provide a 30-day calendar to guide you through each day.Day 1 of the challenge will start on Monday, Feb. 13th. (But if you join us late, you can still slide on it!) Each day, you will receive an encouraging message to:<ol><li>Remind you which affirmation to focus on for the day and </li><li>Provide a recommendation for how to incorporate that affirmation into your daily routine. </li></ol>At the end of the challenge, we will encourage you to reflect on the ways you grew and/or changed throughout the challenge. We will also offer some mementos to memorialize this growth and inspire you to keep going!
