Techniques Used- EMDR, CBT, psychotherapy, medication management
Professional Requirement- Requires clinical license or certification (psychologist, therapist, psychiatrist)
Primary Focus Of Mental Strength Coaching (Our Service)
Mental Abilities (Mental Strength Coaching) - Developing higher cognitive control, focus, enjoyment in the areas of reading, studying, thinking to oneself, conversing, and the like. Essentially, this exercising helps form better information processing. The exercise is an aspect of mindfulness combined with physical movement of arms and hands primarily. Creating customized exercises based on the individuals cognitive weaknesses. For example: The Trainees Weakness- Not Having Much To Say About Information Heard or Read. Having Too Little Feedback or None. The Trainer and Trainees Desire - To Be Able to Form Sufficient and Timely Feedback. The Trainees Exercise - Develops Feedback Timeliness And Feedback Sufficiency.
Core Objective - Cultivate awareness, metacognition, and skillful mental performance
Approach Type - Developmental, growth-oriented, skill-based
Techniques Used - Bilateral stimulation (non-clinical), cognitive executions, reflection, meta-awareness, breathing, pattern recognition
Professional Requirement - No license or certifcation required (coach, trainer, facilitator, educator)

An exercise participant will need three devices: one device to connect to zoom, one to play a metronome for rhythmic tapping, and one to play an audiobook or reading source. This setup ensures synchronized focus without digital lag. While the sounds could be provided to you by us, using your own devices keeps the rhythm and audio crystal clear for the highest mental engagement. Having your personal devices to produce the sounds will be most effective for now and for other exercise rooms being constructed for the near future.
