7 Exercises in Practical Utopia is a collaboration between New York-based Culture Push and Helsinki-based YKON to explore "Utopia" as an intellectual concept linking the fantastical and the pragmatic to bring about social, political and artistic change. During this week-long event artists and participants will test the usefulness of the concept of “Practical Utopia,” applied to daily life through a series of exercises, prompts, and gatherings. The exercises will offer participants new possibilities outside of normal routine to encourage developing new relationships. Take this  opportunity to understand people, the city, and civic life from a new perspective, transforming everyday life into a new source of inspiration.
