Rachel Radway is a leadership coach with 25+ years of experience in tech and nonprofit. She built and led functions and global teams in communications, product and marketing content, and design operations before starting her own business. She coaches execs and facilitates small-group masterminds.

I can't make this date — will there be other events?

Absolutely! The plan is to host 2–3 events per month for the foreseeable future.

Is the event really free?

It is. As a high-sensory leader herself, Rachel understands how isolated highly sensitive women executives can feel — and how they tend to give 200% to their organizations, partners, family, and friends, while putting themselves last. Her goal is to create community & connection and offer support.
