Executive Decisions
An Evening of One-Act Plays.
Island Flora: written and directed by Benjamin Jung
On a magical corporate island, slightly far away, there was a competition for only the best minds, all vying for a shot at one million dollars. However, the game was never fair. Sneaking in between the ranks of players, production plants were sent by the Executive Director to do what they could to keep anyone from winning. Will the capable competitors craftily puzzle the plants’ plots, revealing reckless ruses, or will they overlook one overlord’s optics, letting losses loom?
Who’s a plant? Who’s a contestant? And who’s going to win the million?
So many questions, but there’s one you can answer. Are you going to see the show?
Bad Auditions by Bad Actors: written by Ian McWethy, directed by Angela Gin
A community theater desperately holds auditions for its upcoming production of Romeo and Juliet. However, the audition attracts some unexpected (and unwanted) performances by some unconventional actors.
