Your Hosts:
Richard Doyle. Founder & Chair, Pabasso: Richard founded and led Esteem Systems, scaling it to a £30m IT services business before exiting via private equity. Over the past 20+ years, he’s held multiple NED and Chair roles across tech, finance, and scale-up sectors — contributing to several successful exits. He now focuses his experience on supporting senior leaders through Pabasso’s leadership boards.
Carlos Horner. Associate Director & Chair, Pabasso: Carlos spent two decades in the City of London working as a stockbroker, investment manager and group marketing director for an asset manager. For the past 10 years, he’s worked as a strategic advisor and leadership coach, supporting forward-thinking organisations. He’s also the author of “The Sales Plan” and creator of the PILOT Method, a practical sales and growth framework for business leaders.
