What is the refund policy? Once registration is completed no refunds will be issued.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Yes, please arrange this with the person who is taking your place. Please send the details of the transfer to the event organizer at least 24 hours before the training. Food options on Saturday / Sunday at HBS? The cafe at HBS will be open during the training on both Saturday + Sunday. 
What are my parking options at the training? The Business School offers limited parking in the lot on Western Avenue in Allston. The cost is $8.00 per day on Saturday and Sunday. The HBS lot is staffed 24/7 and accepts cash and checks.
