<p>EWITS® empowers women with the tools they need to advance their careers at any level. This 12-week program immerses women in a simulated business experience grounded in real technology, providing guided mentorship that strips away barriers and helps unlock potential. Past participants have described it as a “life-changing experience.” The best news: You don’t have to be an aspiring entrepreneur — or even a technologist — to benefit from this unique program. Our only requirement is a bachelor’s degree. You’re invited to what could be one of the most empowering programs of your life — one that can help you increase your leadership role at your current company, or transform yourself from an “employee” to an “employer” at the helm of your own business.
