This three-day course will provide engineers and technicians an overview of various aspects of welding engineering technology. This course is a combination of hands-on labs and in person classes. Participants will learn about different aspects of welding, including: welding processes, welding metallurgy and weldability, welding design and testing including NDE, and welding codes and qualifications. Participants will be awarded professional development hours and a certificate upon completion.

8:00AM - 5:00PM Tuesday through Thursday
For safety reasons, please wear long pants and no open-toe shoes in the labs.

Refund Policy: Participant may cancel their registration until five (5) business days before the course is scheduled to begin for a refund of the registration fee less a 25% enrollment charge. Cancellation notices received by EWI after that date are not eligible for refund.
Alternatively, participant may transfer their registration to a different course one (1) time. Notice must be received by EWI no later than five (5) business days before the original course is scheduled to begin if Participant chooses to exercise this option.
EWI reserves the right to cancel a course until ten (10) business days before the course is scheduled to begin. In the event EWI exercises its right to cancel a course, participants registered for that course will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
