This year, we’re highlighting women’s resiliency and showing support by providing tools and tips to stay stronger, happier and healthier than ever. With speaker workshops, fitness classes, health screenings, a local makers market and more, we’ll help get each other ready for whatever comes next. You don’t want to miss this! Join us again this year at the UCHealth Training center. Kick off the morning with an exciting keynote speaker, Erin Andrews.Participate in fitness class options featuring Jillian Keaveny, Kira Stokes, and Briana Roy. End the afternoon on an inspirational note with a keynote panel featuring Aditi Shah, Kira Stokes, Gloria Neal and led by Erin Andrews. Topics will cover resilience, growth, balance, self-confidence and what inspiration means to them.
