Aaron Davis - Rangemaster Master Certified instructor is offering this 4 hr course to improve shooting performance and pistol manipulation skills for the citizen carrier. The student will be exposed to more nuanced details of grip and trigger control. And receive very important coaching on maintaining the mental control to allow the pistol to fire without adding input into the gun beyond an appropriate trigger press. With these enhanced fundamentals, increased speed and accuracy are the result.
CLASS REQUIREMENTS:
*$15 range fee for host
-ARRIVAL TIME - 8:30am so class can begin 9am sharp
-PREREQUISITE - EvoSec Grip & Stance or Drawing From Concealment courses or similar beyond basic coursework.
-350 rounds of ammunition
-Hearing and eye protection
-Medium to full size service pistol in a service cartridge (9mm, .40cal, 45cal, .380)
-At least 3 magazines, but more is highly recommended
-Holster and sturdy belt. *ABSOLUTLY no retention holsters where trigger finger releases retention, e.g. Blackhawk Serpa or similar
-Reloads will be covered, so mag pouches/carriers are not required but will improve your time in the course
-magazine loader such as UpLULA is highly encouraged
-Notebook or phone for taking notes of instruction.
-Jackets and weather appropriate clothing. Rain jackets suggested - *course WILL continue with light rain. Sun and rain canopy will be provided
-Plenty of water and snacks
