Evolution Security Podcast co-host Aaron Davis - Rangemaster Master Certified instructor is providing this 4 hr course to help practical/defensive shooters improve pistol grip and stance. A proper grip and stance can significantly improve accuracy, recoil mitigation, and the speed of multiple shots. We will cover the latest refinements in shooting platform and shoot engaging and fun drills while doing so. This course is recommended for students with at least basic pistol shooting experience and clear demonstration of safe gun handling.


Class requirements:

-$15 range fee for host

-ARRIVAL TIME - 8:30am so class can begin 9am sharp

-PREREQUISITE - basic pistol shooting experience and safe gun handling skills

-250 rounds of ammunition

-Hearing and eye protection

-Medium to full size service pistol in a service cartridge (9mm, .40cal, 45cal, .380)

-At least 3 magazines, but more is highly recommended

-magazine loader such as UpLULA is also recommende

-Holster and sturdy belt not required but strongly encouraged. *ABSOLUTLY no retention holsters where trigger finger releases retention, e.g. Blackhawk Serpa or similar

-magazine pouches/carriers not required but recommended

-Notebook or phone for taking notes of instruction. Printed course key topics and points will be provided

-Jackets and weather appropriate clothing. Rain jackets suggested - *course WILL continue with light rain. Sun and rain canopy will be provided

-Plenty of water and snacks
