Outdoor evening workout in the parking lot of Coastal Athletic Club! 1 hour workout, cold plunge & refreshments & community!!
Come join for an outdoor workout, cold plunge and community! All attendess will receive 1 free personal training session as a thank you for attending. There will be refreshments, music and good vibes. Tickets are only $10 as I care more about getting people to come and exercise than anything else.
