It is well known in the literature that strength training and mobility are beneficial for runners. However, many runners don’t know which exercises would be most effective for themselves and how to fit these into their already very busy lives. In this workshop Doctors of Physical Therapy at Evolution Physical Therapy will take you through a series of tests to determine which exercises will be most beneficial for you as a runner and teach you the appropriate exercises to help you improve your performance and efficiency while decreasing your risk of injury and inefficient compensations.
