Yoga Matt, Bottle of Water, Comfy Clothes & Blanket.

What happens if I am running late?

Please arrive up to 15minutes early to ground and settle into the space. After 5 mins the space will be closed for late entry out of respect to the other participants.

Can I eat before the Breathwork Journey?

We recommend you fast up to 2hours before the event.
