Join us as we welcome Laura Botten, Certified Specialist of Wine, for a sparkling wine class on Tuesday, June 9!
Sparkling wine is as diverse as the grapes it is produced from, the climate those grapes are grown in and, of course, winemaker influence and methodology!
We will pour generous samples of 7 different sparkling wines, each unique in its constitution and presentation on the palate! This will be an eye opening experience, delving into the diversity sparkling wine offers and compelling you to think about bubbles beyond brunch and celebratory events!
We know bubbles can be a confusing category of wine. Come and learn a little, sip some bubbles and have a LOT of fun!
