A Community Wellbeing Workshop. All proceeds go to Omanu School.

Many of us move through our days juggling tasks, meeting demands, and supporting others — often without pausing to check in on how we’re really doing.

This uplifting and practical workshop is a chance to step back, reset, and reconnect with what matters most. You’ll explore science-backed tools to manage stress, build emotional agility, increase energy levels, and balance performance with care.

It’s a fun, engaging experience, hosted by Brad Hook — author of Start With Values (Penguin), founder of the Values Institute, and Head of the Resilience Lab at the Resilience Institute.

This widely acclaimed session explores how to stay grounded, focused, and fulfilled, even in challenging times.

You’ll learn how to:

🧠 Regulate your nervous system and shift from stress into calm (includes real-time heart rate demo)

😴 Improve sleep quality with practical tips

💬 Navigate emotions with awareness and skill

🌊 Cultivate the conditions for flow state, focus, and presence

🔁 Build micro-habits that support wellbeing

Who it's for:

Parents, caregivers, educators, staff, and members of the wider school community — anyone curious about tools for calm, clarity, and purposeful living. Perfect for ages 16+.

What you'll get:

In addition to the workshop, each attendee will receive:

  • Access to the Values Assessment tool
  • Access to the Resilience Assessment (RRP $70)
