What is the format of Everyday EQ?

We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 9:30am MT for 1 hour on Zoom. There is a group discussion two weeks later to share ideas, and an assignment in between to help you deepen that month's topic. This 2-session format is designed to build traction and foster a community of support.

Who is the intended audience?

This is for anyone curious about social and emotional intelligence (SEI). In particular, we aim to make SEI very practical and hands-on, so you can easily implement its core concepts into your life, work, and beyond.

Question 3

What is the coaching session add-on?

Accepted Answer

This is a 1-hour session with a Professional Certified Coach to go deeper and receive more individualized support with applying SEI to your particular situation. It is a special price/rate only for Everyday EQ attendees.

Can I buy a yearly pass instead of buying individual months each time?
