Join us for Everyday Consent: A Workshop on Boundaries and explore how to listen to your inner voice, communicate your needs with clarity, and practice conscious consent in your daily interactions.

In this experiential workshop, we will cultivate a safe and supportive environment for authentic self-exploration. Through guided exercises, reflective discussions, and practical tools, you will deepen your understanding of how to:

  • Grounding & Reflection: Somatic grounding practice to connect with yourself and set personal intentions.
  • Understanding Consent: Explore the concept of consent in everyday life, including emotional, physical, and energetic boundaries.
  • Embodied Practices: Participate in interactive activities to experience boundary awareness firsthand.
  • Communication Tools: Learn practical skills to express your yes, no, and maybes with grace and clarity.

Karen Vitello, M.A., RMT

Karen Vitello is a transpersonal educator, oracle, spiritual guide, and Reiki Master with over 20 years of experience in the healing arts. Her deep presence work in Emotion Archaeology helps individuals, groups, and organizations excavate the hidden layers of their emotional and energetic terrain—unearthing buried emotions, ancestral imprints, and soul patterns. With a background in clinical dietetics, women's studies, energy anatomy, and transpersonal psychology, Karen’s integrative approach blends intuitive wisdom with evidence-based practices. She empowers others to strengthen energetic boundaries, release emotional debris, and cultivate soul alignment. Rooted in a mission to minimize suffering and elevate collective consciousness, Karen creates transformative spaces where participants can access their authentic power, unlock resilience, and embody their infinite potential.


Amy Tuccio, M.S., MCC, CDP, CPCC, TICC

Amy is a Master Certified Coach with over 8 years of experience, specializing in leadership, emotional intelligence, and trauma-informed coaching. As a certified trauma-informed coach, a state-certified sexual assault crisis counselor and advocate, and an experienced facilitator, she has led workshops and trainings for diverse groups, creating safe and supportive spaces for learning. Amy is passionate about facilitating conversations on consent, boundaries, and respectful communication, empowering individuals with the tools to navigate relationships with confidence and clarity.

Where do I park?

Follow your GPS directions for 134 Elm St, Cheshire, CT. Turn right and park close to the building. You will see a walkway to the left of Olympic Taekwondo Academy. Go down that walkway and The Reading Room will be on the left (you will see a staircase).

What should I bring?

Bring a journal and pen and comfortable clothing to move around in.

Amy Tuccio is a results-oriented, heart centered coach that specializes in executive and leadership coaching, resiliency coaching, and emotional intelligence. She studied Organizational Leadership (MS) and business at Quinnipiac University.

Amy has 15+ years of corporate experience in leadership and program management. She has been a key account manager for accounts exceeding $10M annual revenue in the aerospace industry. She has managed teams of over 30 professionals and worked to bridge company culture across company locations as well as led process improvement initiatives. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a certified change manager through Prosci, and a certified diversity professional. Amy has also worked in customer service and onboarding as well as a Sr. Director of Executive and Leadership Coaching.

Amy is a certified Co-Active coach (CPCC), a certified trauma informed coach (TICC), and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the ICF with 2500+ coaching hours. She is trained as a facilitator through Next Level Training’s Leader in Transformation program and coaches individuals and groups in emotional intelligence and leadership workshops and trainings. She teaches keys to creating maximum results and effectiveness through emotional intelligence, awareness, communication, giving and receiving feedback, and leadership.

Amy is currently based in Connecticut. She is service oriented and has led a mentor circle in leadership for Women in Animation since 2020 and has been a board member and education point for the ICF Philadelphia Chapter since 2023. She has supported leadership teams in fundraising over $200K for charities since 2017 through Next Level Trainings and founded an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion task force to offer process improvement for trainings.
