<h3>P﻿resenter</h3>Linda Tillman is managing director of regional tourism development consultancy since 2008, Tilma Group, and is managing director of event management training program since 2018. Linda also works on dozens of projects each year across the full spectrum of regional tourism development.<h3>C﻿ourse Information</h3>This workshop is pitched at event organisers and council staff that are involved in the delivery of local home-grown events – it will assist them in understanding the future direction of their event, and how to remain fresh and relevant. In this hands-on workshop participants will be guided through the creation of a strategic plan for their event, looking closely at the themes, values, and purpose. ParticipantsUp to 12 experienced guides from around the Pilbara region.
