Evening Silent Meditation Session- Online or In-person

All levels and faiths are welcome. No experience is necessary. Laid-back, friendly atmosphere.

If interested in the online option, you must have WhatsApp and contact the event host with your WhatsApp contact number to be added to the group video call.

As the core group grows, we will move to a more public setting.
