Important Information for Visitors

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please take note of the following:

Registration is required: Only guests who have registered in advance will be granted access to the Residence.
Timeslot entry: You may only join the tour during your confirmed timeslot.
Arrival time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour to allow time for check-in. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated or rescheduled to a different timeslot.
Guided entry and exit: All guests will be escorted in and out of the building at the beginning and end of the tour.
Security: For security reasons, all visitors (including children) must be registered using their official first and last names. Please bring a valid photo ID. Bags may be subject to inspection.
Accessibility: The Residence is wheelchair accessible.
Parking: Please note that parking in the area is extremely limited or unavailable.
Personal belongings: No storage is available for strollers, bicycles, coats, or other items. Only small handbags are permitted inside.
Change of plans? If you're unable to attend, please cancel your registration as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone else.
