Black History Festivals is organized by BIDEC Bureau for International Development Exchanges and Commerce. The Black History Festival is a special initiative dedicated to the celebration of the strong ties between the Government of the United States of America and the African Union member states over the years. It would create the opportunity to celebrate the impact of the exchange programs between the two bilateral partners; commemorate the Art, Heritage, Culture, Trade, Leadership and Innovation of Africans in the history of the United States. The BHF is aimed at further strengthening these existing ties, building bridges and aligning interests.
