Invest in Incredible – or I3 – is Gulf Coast’s initiative to help our region’s nonprofit organizations go (and grow) from being good at what they do to being incredible.Gulf Coast has partnered with a cadre of local consultants, all of whom completed a three-day training offered by BoardSource, the national expert in board governance, and are prepared to work with area nonprofits.Our I3 consultants have diverse professional experience in both for-profit and nonprofit settings, with expertise in fundraising, strategic planning, financial analysis, organizational development, marketing, and more.Incredible isn’t just an initiative to us. It’s everything. The staff and board members of your organizations are the stars of the work you do. So we say don’t just reach for the stars—invest in them!
