Essential SoulCollage ~ An Introductory Journey®

SoulCollage®, created by Seena Frost, is an intuitive collage technique for self-discovery that taps into one's inner wisdom without the need for words or ideas by harnessing the power of images. Through the power of SoulCollage® our mind, body, heart, and soul are all brought into the present moment. By selecting images & backgrounds that are powerful for you...awareness, insight, and purpose may surface in ways that provide connections to yourself, others, and the world around you!

Through imagery and collage, you can reach the divine within YOU and uncover your inner wisdom and connection to Source (your version of a higher power) within the SoulCollage® process. By tapping into your imagination and intuition, a few powerful cut-out images, a bit of glue, and a 5×8 matboard, you will create reflections of your inner self.

This in-depth workshop will present the principals of SoulCollage®, the Four Suits, as well as the Local Story and the Larger Story. We will explore making and using cards by giving them a voice with the I Am (the) One Who exercise. Additionally, we will explore other SoulCollage® fundamental concepts, including Source, Witness, SoulEssence, as well as the One and the Many. Lastly, we will engage in a guided visualization to meet one of your Companions.

The flow of the workshop will include an opening ritual, a quick card activity, additional time for creating cards, content input and discussions, a guided meditation, reading cards in triads, a closing ritual, and more!

The workshop will start promptly at 10:00am EST and last until 5:00pm EST. There will be periodic breaks including a 45-minute meal break mid-way through the workshop. Your active participation and presence for the entire 7 hours is expected in order to meet the requirements for a facilitator training introductory workshop and receive a certificate of attendance.

You will need to provide your own card making materials including 5x8 mat cards, glue, scissors, cellophane envelopes, and images. You can order a New Card-Making Supply Pack if you choose (I am not an affiliate, just a great resource!)

Prior to the workshop, please gather listed supplies and images from magazines, calendars, discarded coffee table books, or internet sites that “grab” you...even consider those images you resist. Don’t forget to gather larger images for backgrounds!

MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS POLICY: A minimum of 6 participants is required for the workshop to be held.

REFUND POLICY: I am unable to refund registrations which are cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the workshop. However, I will be happy to apply the fee to another workshop.
