Can Anyone Participate?

Yes!  These workshops are created for anyone who is wanting to learn more about essential oils, holistic living and natural allies.  The AromaFlow workshop is movement and breathwork, and is created with all levels in mind.  All you need is a willingness to participate and learn.

Question 2

Do I need to bring anything?

Accepted Answer

Yes!  You need to bring your own yoga mat for Saturday's workshops (and any props you might want that you have on hand).

Question 3

Should I bring a lunch for Saturday?

Accepted Answer

There are some restaurants and shops nearby, but if you want to relax and enjoy the break between workshops, you might consider packing your own lunch and snacks.
