Everything Wine presents an extraordinary Winemakers Dinner Event featuring Esquimalt Vermouth & Aperitifs!

With mead produced from BC sourced honey, as well as locally foraged botanicals featured in their Kina and Cascadia lines, Esquimalt Vermouth & Apéritifs bring a distinct “Vancouver Island character” to production of internationally award-winning traditional apéritifs and aromatized wines.

Award-winning Chef Castro Boateng will be working with Michela and Quinn Palmer, owners, and winemakers of Esquimalt Vermouth to create courses that will not only pair perfectly with each beverage but also showcase the unique qualities of each of the vermouths and apéritifs.
