A highly interactive, hands-on class. Learn the basic fundamentals of proper espresso extraction; how to grind, dose, tamp, extract, and calibrate! Learn the variables at play in pulling the perfect shot of espresso and best practices for operating an espresso machine. Practice tasting and describing espresso.
