This class will open your mind to the wonderful (and often frustrating) nuances of pulling the perfect espresso shot. You'll learn exactly what factors are involved in making delicious espresso - beans, water, tamping, grind size, pressure, weight and time.  We'll pull under-extracted shots, over-extracted shots and shots that are just perfect. And you'll even get hands on experience, using our beautifully classic La Marzocco espresso machine.</DIV>
