About this event

This is volunteer sign up for the Erwin Warren FRIEND Firefighter camp June 27th and June 28th. Volunteers will be assisting in various capacities during the camp. Some of those duties include logistics at the camp, working with other volunteers, and assisting the Firefighters who will be working with campers.

We will be teaching life skills in our two day firefighter camp. During our two days hands on STEM camp the young people will be mentored by local Firefighters in the skills of first aid, CPR, and firefighter basic skill scenarios. The young people will be around motivated professionals who are willing to share how science, technology, engineering, and math are used in there day to day job duties. We are creating a dynamic camp that will impart life skills that save lives and stimulate thought. We are excited to share this event and some information about FRIEND.
