In this facilitated taste of a Singing Circle session, we will drop into our bodies, notice our breath, and sound and sing with delight, presence, and wonder at our shared and creative experience. Our breath and heartbeats will sync up and we will experience the co-regulation that happens when our bodies and voices are aligned in song. All voices are welcome in this participatory and safe exploration of vocal expression; songs are taught in a call and echo style and every voice is a perfect part of the whole! No singing experience necessary, just the courage and desire to grow, heal, expand, and experiment.

Erlanger Cancer Support Group is designed for men and women impacted by cancer. Participants will not only have the opportunity to share about their cancer journey in a safe space but will also hear from specialists who will provide helpful education and resources. This group is open to current treatment patients, survivors, caregivers, and their friends/family.
This group will meet on the third Tuesday of every month. Sessions are offered free of charge,
but we do ask that participants sign up if they plan to join.
