About this event
- 2 hours 30 minutes
My name is Eric Hölljes. I am a platinum-selling songwriter from Durham, NC, best known as a founding member of the Americana band Delta Rae, which I started with my brother, sister, and three of my closest friends in 2009. Since inception, Delta Rae has had an amazing adventure being signed to two major labels, touring the world, playing thousands of shows, dozens of festivals, appearing on Conan and The Tonight Show multiple times, making the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and becoming the most funded indie band of all time.
But that's not all that happened...
I have to tell you a story.
And we don't have much time. In 2024, I announced The Too Late Tour, an existential concert experience hosted exclusively in Living Rooms. Unlike traditional house concerts, this tour showcases an intimate live performance of my debut solo album through a theatrical one-man show that delves into the meaning of life, personal myth, and the mystery of time itself.
With limited seating available, securing your tickets early is highly recommended for an evening of incredible live music in an intimate setting. Don't miss this chance to be among the first to hear Eric's new solo material. Tickets must be purchased ahead of time. There will be no sales at the door.
Frequently asked questions
House concerts are a way to see musicians in a very personal, comfortable and intimate setting. The musicians are generally playing acoustically with a healthy dose of storytelling mixed in. You will hear where the songs come from and are able to interact with the artist.
It will greatly depend on the artist, but our shows typically are at least an hour.
The cost with vary but is typically $20 to $25. 100% of the sales go directly to the artist.
100%, absolutely, without question, YES! Please invite anyone you think would enjoy this event. All respectful listeners are welcome. Nothing would make us happier than to have all our shows full to capacity.
Absolutely and your support will be greatly appreciated.
While we generally have some drinks available, feel free to bring your favorite libation.
Please note 1) that alcohol will be served, 2) we have an unsupervised swimming pool, and 3) attendees are expected to be quiet during the performance. Children are welcome if they can remain sober, safe, and non-disruptive (through either self-control or brute force).
We are located very near IndyGo Route 3 and Route 11 stops. We are also about a 15-minute walk from the Downtown Transit Center. Use of public transportation is highly encouraged (and not just for our events).
Yes, Ralph's Great Divide, Vida, Natural State Provisions, and King Dough are all very close to our place and all have drinks and excellent food. Sun King, Parlor Public House, and Easley Winery are also in the neighborhood for drinks.
There's street parking south of our home on the curve between Davidson St. and Fulton St. Boyle Construction Management (BCM) just south of our house has offered their parking lot for use, but not during business hours or overnight.
Please make every effort to arrive before the performance start time. If you are unable to do so, do not knock or ring the doorbell, just come in quietly.
While we appreciate the enthusiasm for our humble events, we currently do not accept unsolicited requests to play a house show.
