As employers prepare for colleagues to return to the office and transition to their new normal, how are companies ensuring they are intentional about a disability inclusive culture? Let’s share best practices, answer questions, and learn from each other. Please join us for a discussion on August 25 from 12-1pm. Employee Resources Groups (ERGs) go by many different names (i.e., Affinity Groups, Business Resource Groups, Employee Network Groups), but regardless of what they are called, they share a common purpose. They are a voluntary, employee-led group that serves as a resource for members and organizations by fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with organizational mission, values, goals, practices and objectives.NOTE: Important details to access the meeting will be included in your confirmation email after you register.
