The ERG & Young Professionals Mashup is a collaborative networking experience bringing together Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), young professional organizations, and community leaders for an evening of connection, collaboration, and shared learning. Attendees will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, exchange ideas, and explore ways to partner across organizations.

The event will also feature an opportunity to learn more about the Urban League of Central Carolinas and the Urban League of Central Carolinas Young Professionals, including the programs and initiatives the affiliate supports to advance social and economic opportunity across the Central Carolinas. Guests will gain insight into how individuals and organizations can engage with the Urban League’s mission and expand their impact in the community.
