What does the Vendor Fee include?

The Vendor Fee is for one day only which is Saturday. You will have access to the event and a meal. One table and a chair.

Room Blocks

There is a room block named Refreshing Church. This block closes on May 1, 2024. The cost per room is $109.00. When you book your room they will request your debit or credit information. This is just to secure the room nothing will be charged on your card until the night before the event.

Room Holds

The hotel will hold $50 for incindentals. If there are not any damages the $50 will be released. This hold will occur when you check into the hotel and get your room key.
