We are coming together in solidarity across communities to challenge structural racism at the EU level.

<h3>Equinox Initiative for Racial Justice is a people of colour-led initiative working to advance rights and justice for all people in Europe. We work in solidarity with a coalition of racial and social justice leaders and organisations to influence European Union law and policy.</h3>“Equinox” is the alignment between the centre of the earth and that of the sun. It is a rare moment that must be seized. The racial justice field is experiencing an Equinox. With heightened awareness and political support for racial justice in Europe, we aim to build upon the momentum and increased political will to address racism at the EU level by ensuring that racialised people are at the centre of decision making on legislation and policy in the EU.Equinox exists for - and is led by - racialised people. That’s why we’ve launched Equinox and we want you to join us in supporting racialised people. You’ll be hearing from our members of our coalitions- community leaders, organisers and activists in Europe working on the ground - to gain an understanding of:- Who we are and what we stand for- Why Brussels needs a people of colour led racial justice organisation- The state of play when it comes to racial justice in Europe- What&#x27;s at stake at the EU anti-racism summit - and what you can do to support usJoin us in solidarity to build an EU where all people have dignity, equality and justice.
