At the Historic Lucky Orphans Horse Rescue
Description: Step into the arena at the beautiful, historic Lucky Orphans Horse Rescue and experience the transformative power of partnering with horses. Horses are uniquely attuned to human emotions; they live fully in the present, respond to our energy and intentions, and offer honest, non-judgmental feedback. These qualities make them remarkable partners in personal growth and emotional healing.
In this 5-hour, ground-based model workshop, you’ll explore hands-on, on-the-ground activities with horses designed to help you:
- Build self-awareness and emotional resilience
- Enhance communication skills
- Foster trust, presence, and authentic connection
- Gain clarity and take actionable steps forward in your personal or professional life
No riding is involved. All exercises take place on the ground in a safe, supportive environment.
Your Facilitator:
- Isha (Justyna Kostek) is an EAGALA-certified Equine Specialist with over 20 years of experience in horse–human connection, experiential learning, and embodied healing.
Born in Poland, her foundation was shaped through years of traditional horsemanship, where she developed a deep sensitivity to horses as intuitive partners in awareness and growth. Her path later expanded to the United States, where she integrates equine-assisted work with somatic practices, theater, and community-based healing.
Her journey also took her to India, where she trained in Osho Active Meditations and sound healing, weaving movement, breath, and energy work into her facilitation. She is also a Master Certified Healer in New Paradigm Multidimensional Therapy.
Together with Fire Horse Healing, Isha brings a rich blend of therapeutic insight and equine wisdom to create a unique space for exploration, growth, and meaningful change.

What to Bring:
