This is an equalization new user training for the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration (DRA). This 60 minute training will be taught by Linda Kennedy of NHDRA and Patrick Santoso of Axiomatic and will cover:

• Arms Length Transactions
• Discussion of exclusion codes and exclusion code examples
• Basic sales validation
• How to validate multi-parcel sales
• How to attach documents to sales
• what to do when the system can't find the correct CAMA record
• How & when to upload your CAMA exports
