Equal Pay Day Event

The mission of the Utah Women & Leadership Project is to strengthen the impact of Utah girls and women. We serve Utah and its residents by 1) producing relevant, trustworthy, and applicable research; 2) creating and gathering valuable resources; and 3) convening trainings and events that inform, inspire, and ignite growth and change for all Utahns. The Project is located in the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University.

We are thrilled to invite you to an inspiring event on March 25th, 2025, as we celebrate Pay Equality Day and come together to spotlight organizations and share their success stories. Join us for a dynamic and inspiring afternoon where you’ll hear from leaders like:<ul><li>Ryan Westwood, Chairman &amp; CEO, Fullcast</li><li>Scott Cuthbertson, President and CEO of EDC</li><li>Richard Hawkes, Director, Programs and Operations, Northrop Grumman</li><li>Roger Pimentel, SVP at BonCom</li><li>Nancy Sylvester, Employment Attorney</li></ul>They will be discussing key topics such as:<ul><li>Why pay equality matters for the state of Utah</li><li>How corporations are navigating this important issue</li><li>Practical, tactical applications to create pay parity</li><li>The financial impact of not closing the gap</li><li>How men and women can collaborate to shift societal norms and so much more.</li></ul>This is an event designed not only to educate and empower but to inspire action in our collective mission to make meaningful change.
