Do I have to be at a certain fitness level to join the Spring Race Training Program?

Accepted Answer

No, we welcome all fitness levels. Whether this is your first time training for a half marathon or this one of many, you are welcome to join us. Depending on what specific race you are training for and what your goals are, we will do our best to offer you adjustments and support you.

Question 2

Is it required to be registered for a race to participate in this Spring Race Training Program?

Accepted Answer

No, registering for a half marathon, 10-miler, or any race is NOT required in order to join our training program. You can sign up for any race distance or not run a race at all. This is your running journey--do what is right for you. We're here to support YOU.

Question 3

Will there be a place I can store my belongings during the workouts?

Accepted Answer

On Wednesdays & Sundays, our hosts (lululemon, Tap99 and Big League Performance & Rehab) allow us to leave our bags during the workout. Although the area is secured, please do not leave any valuables. EPRC and our hosts are not responsible for lost items.

Is there parking available during the workouts?

Accepted Answer

Our group run meeting locations are all conveniently metro accessible. Street parking is available, though we cannot guarantee parking spaces, so please plan accordingly if you drive to a group run.

Question 5

Can I join this training series anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can join the training program anytime. Please note: in order to for us to plan for the best support for our runners for race weekends (RNR Half & CUCB), the formal registration will close by Friday, January 9, 2026 at 11:59pm. With that said, our in-person runs are open to all!
