You will receive a letter from the trainer with all fo the information. Please check your email inbox or spam. The Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) in Child Care Training provides early educators with information and tools to prepare for many types of emergencies. The EPR in Child Care Training addresses new NC Child Care Rules on emergency preparedness, current best practice recommendations, and guidance on completing the online EPR Plan. The EPR Plan template can be found on the North Carolina Emergency Management website.

YOU MUST BE ON CAMERA THE ENTIRE TRAINING AND be able to participate in breakout rooms, chat, etc. You must check in 3 times during the training using the chat at the designated times requested. If you are driving, at ballgames, at walmart or anywhere shopping etc that you cannot give your full attention to this training you will not receive credit.

• If you register and do not attend no refund or credit will be given. You will not be able to switch classes. Trainings fill up fast; please register as soon as possible.

• Admittance is not allowed after the first 15 minutes of class.

• Each registrant will receive an email containing the Zoom link, with pre, post and evaluation by Eventbrite once registered. This link should not be shared with others. Individuals that are not registered will not be allowed to join online trainings. Download Zoom at htttps://zoom.us/download.

• Registrants should log onto the training at least 10-15 minutes before the online training begins. (If having problems contact the trainer by email or phone that you will be sent in an introduction letter)

• No Refunds will be given. If training is canceled for some reason; it will be rescheduled. You will be notified by email.

• Certificates will be awarded at the end of class with a pre/post assessment and completed evaluation. (homework if applicable) Must be completed within 48 hours of completing the training.

• Kindness and respect for one another and the presenter are expected.
