Epoxy River Mini-Board

This is a two session class – please be sure to see the scheduled dates for both sessions. Create a stunning river mini-board using beautiful hardwoods and colored epoxy. This beginner-friendly class is split into two sessions to allow time for the epoxy to properly cure between steps. Learn the techniques used to prepare an epoxy river mini-board (about the size of a cutting board). Learn the fundamentals of building molds, leak control, clamping, shaping, sanding, and finishing. Learn how to calculate the needed quantity of resin and hardener; mix, color/tint; and pour the epoxy into the prepared mold. During the second session, after the epoxy has cured, learn how to use standard woodworking tools and techniques to finish the project. Leave with an attractive epoxy river mini-board that can be used as a serving board, charcuterie board, or custom art display piece. Book your spot today.The next classes are:

• Ages 14+ — minors (14 up to 18) must be accompanied by a non-participating parent or guardian (parent attending with a minor does not need to purchase a separate ticket) throughout the entire class
• Class is beginner-friendly — no prior experience needed
• All materials, hardwoods, epoxy, and supplies are included
• All necessary safety equipment is provided
