<DIV CLASS="O0">The training will provide a high level overview on the following in the first half of the day:</DIV>
<DIV CLASS="O0">- Intro to Project Management, Program Management and PMO</DIV>
<DIV CLASS="O0">- Projects vs. Operations</DIV>
<DIV CLASS="O0">- Lean and Six Sigma</DIV>
<DIV CLASS="O0">- Project Managment Types and Methodologies</DIV>
<DIV CLASS="O0">- Caesars EPMO Vision, Mission, and Strategic Architecture</DIV>
<DIV CLASS="O0">- PM Process Groups</DIV>
<DIV CLASS="O0">- PM Knowledge Areas</DIV>
<DIV CLASS="O0">- Change Management</DIV>
<DIV CLASS="O0"><BR></DIV>
<DIV CLASS="O0">The second half of the day will be a deep dive on:</DIV>
<DIV CLASS="O0">- Tools and Artifacts</DIV>
<DIV CLASS="O0">- Group Exercise</DIV>
<DIV CLASS="O0">- Soft Skills</DIV>

<P CLASS="MsoNormal"><SPAN> </SPAN>Step 1 – Get to the Verge Tower</P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal"><SPAN><SPAN>Walk from Valet / Main Entrance</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN>: If you valet (not free), enter the doors and immediately turn to your right. There is a bank of slots you’ll need to walk through before you find the Verge Tower sign and elevators.</SPAN></P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal"><SPAN> </SPAN></P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal"><SPAN><SPAN>Walk from Self Park</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN>: You will have to walk the entire length of the building heading towards the strip. You’ll pass the Front Desk (on your right) and go between the 3535 Bar (elevated on your left) and main entrance (on your right). There is a bank of slots you’ll need to walk through before you find the Verge Tower sign and elevators.</SPAN></P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal"><SPAN> </SPAN></P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal"><SPAN><SPAN>Walk from Harrah’s</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN>: Walk towards the strip exit, by the Piano Bar and Starbucks. You’ll pass Carnival Court (on your left) and Guy Fieri’s (on your right) before entering the LINQ. Follow the tile floor and it will lead you to turn to your left. Continue to turn left and make a U-turn to go down a few stairs into a bank of slots. Go past the service elevator (on your left) and to the main tower elevators (in the corner on your left).</SPAN></P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal"><SPAN> </SPAN></P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal"><SPAN><SPAN>Walk from the Flamingo</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN>: Exit the Flamingo heading towards the LINQ. As you exit, you’ll be on the LINQ Promenade. Walk straight and then slightly to your right, entering into Shay’s Casino. Proceed straight through Shay’s and then straight across the main casino floor. As you approach the Front Desk (and Bell Desk), turn left. Go between the 3535 Bar (elevated on your left) and main entrance (on your right). There is a bank of slots you’ll need to walk through before you find the Verge Tower sign and elevators.</SPAN></P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal"><SPAN> </SPAN></P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal"><SPAN>Step 2 – Correct Elevators and Finding the Room</SPAN></P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal"><SPAN>There is a service elevator and two sets of elevators for the Verge tower that are obscured by the bank of slot machines. Ignore the service elevator (employees only) and use the elevators that are in the corner. Proceed to the 8th floor then turn right as you exit the elevator landing. (There is a Lost and Found sign; go the opposite direction of the Lost and Found.) Follow the hallway, which will force a left turn. Continue to follow the hallway and the BPI room is the last door on your right.</SPAN></P>
