We have been running open mats for 6+ years as we know how important it is for the womens BJJ community to have the opportunity to come together and train with other ladies.
We will be running this open mat a bit differently though. It will still have our usual chilled, positive and fun vibe, with snacks (of course!) and laughs, but we will also be raising money for the Enyo Grappling Foundation.
A foundation created to support the women and girls in the BJJ community. Help us help support the women in our sport. Funds from this event will go towards supporting athletes with competition and travel fee's, training costs and hopefully launching womens only programmes in gyms across the country to help increase female numbers in our sport.
If any of you have partners or friends that train we will be opening up the mat space downstairs for any guys that want to come along and support and get some rounds in.
