Portlanders—join us for an open house to inform future urban design approaches and a District Framework to reconnect Lower Albina. Explore concepts for how streets, buildings, open spaces, and connections could look, feel, and evolve to create a vibrant neighborhood that functions as a place for community life, culture, and connection.
This event is free and open to all. We will have snacks and light refreshments provided.

Short project description:
Reconnecting Albina Planning Project (RAPP) is a framework of restorative urban development strategies to guide the programming and urban design for future development, investments, streets, and of public spaces to reconnect the physical fabric of the neighborhood. The project advances the vision of a livable, healthy, sustainable, mixed-use neighborhood that uplift’s Portlanders and the historic communities pushed out of Lower Albina.
