As the Strawberry Full Moon approaches - Join Desirée Mariah, the Co-Owner of Rich & Grounded Wellness Studio downtown Red Deer for an expansive afternoon of exciting actvities to help you envision & embody your highest self & your next highest timeline along your own unique journey.

If you're feeling the desire to go deeper and rise higher but are unclear of whats steps to take next. Allow this event to help activate & awaken the parts of your mind, body & soul that are awaiting to guide you forward with purpose.

Come be apart of the expansive energy that Desirée and the Rich & Grounded studio have to offer. May you be embraced with inspiration.

This event can be described as exciting, expansive & empowering.

You will be asked to arrive dressed as your Higher Self.

Whether that looks like a bad ass CEO, a well known creative artist, a stay at home mom or a mystical forest fairy. Show up as whichever version of yourself that you desire to call in and embody.

Honour your own unique vision.

If you're unsure of exactly what that looks like for you in this moment.. dress in something that makes you feel absoultely fantastic and entirely, authentically YOU.

We will begin the event by settling in with a warm, heart opening cacao elixir.

We will share a brief intro of our names and intention for attending the event.

Followed by some light movement to bring attention to our energetic bodies.

We will sit in circle and spend some time contemplating some introspective journal prompts before settling in for an inspiring and energy giving meditation to help us envision the most expansive and detailed versions of our higher selves and highest timelines.

Once our visions have become more clear, we will answer a few follow up journal prompts to really anchor into the details of our higest vision and become aware of the action steps needed to bring this higher vision into fruition. We will each take some time to write our powerful, personal intentions and affirmations that we will later add to our Dream Boards as beautiful reminders of the reality that we are alignng with & magnetizing to us.

We will then take a break for some light snacks and refreshments of fruit, charcuterie and tea as we get set up to create our own personal Dream Boards.

In this time we can pull oracle cards and heart messages that can be applied to our Dream Boards as well.

We will curate our Dream Boards to include our personal intentions, and affiramtions that we have created for ourselves through the writing practices as well as add any inspiring photos or words that we find in magazines and other supplied materials.

Once complete, each participate will have a powerful statement piece to take home as a beautiful visual reminder of the personal intentions they are setting and the reality they are creating for themselves.

Before heading back out into the world, we will close the event by taking some time to go around the circle and re-introduce ourselves as our new higher version of ourselves, solidifying the energetic transformation that we have commited ourselves to.

Each attendee will leave feeling inspured with a new expansive vision for themselves as well as a mindfully curated gift bag full of beautiful hand picked goodies.

Event price is $123 and the event begins at 12:30.
