Movies. The Good, The Bad & The “What Were They Thinking” from 2018. Veteran critic and local author Dan Kimmel leads the charge as we look at highlights from the past year in science fiction films. Joining Dan will be Bob Chipman, critic and social media maven as well as Michelle Barbara, Co-Producer of the Women in Comedy Festival.

Dan Kimmel
A veteran movie critic and author of a host of film-related books. His latest novel, <A HREF="https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/43586447-father-of-the-bride-of-frankenstein" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Father of the Bride of Frankenstein</A>, has just been released. He is the 2018 recipient of the Skylark Award given by the New England Science Fiction Association." 
 
Bob Chipman
Has spent over a decade in the fields of independent film production, film criticism and pop-culture commentary. Michelle Barabara
Michelle has performed, written, and produced comedy in Boston for over a decade. She was a member of ImprovBoston’s mainstage for over four years and co-directed the Tribe Theatre. Michelle has directed numerous improv troupes, sketch shows, and has taught improv master classes and workshops. She founded and co-produces the award-winning WMAM films, which has screened films nationally at the Independent Television Festival, Boston Film Festival, Filmapalooza, and her personal favorite, the Zompire Film Festival. Michelle is also an illustrator and graphic designer and created the WICF comedy robot!
