About this event

  • 2 hours 30 minutes

Entrepreneurship is exciting, but geesh, it’s not easy! Some days you’re on top of the world doing what you love, while other days you wonder if you’ll ever make another sale.

So how do you stay balanced during this wild ride? How can you summon the strength and resilience you need to continue serving your community and showing up in your business?

As entrepreneurs, staying strong and grounded in yourself allows you to fully show up in your business and better serve your clients. Finding the balance between strength and ease is crucial to riding the waves of our entrepreneurial life. This mindset can help you as an entrepreneur be more successful and make owning your own business more sustainable.

Join us as we dive into an exploration of strength and resilience, both on and off the yoga mat.

You get the benefit of three events in one:

  • a guided discussion around resilience and mental health led by a licensed counselor
  • a 45 minute yoga practice
  • and the opportunity to connect with like-minded entrepreneurs (i.e. a networking event)

About Erin:

I’ve guided 100's of individuals through big life changes and personal transitions, during my 20 year career as a licensed clinical social worker. I’ve also relocated five times including from the US to the Netherlands, so I understand the emotional rollercoaster you are on!

Blending my personal experiences of moving abroad with my professional expertise in counseling, I’ll help you process your emotions, so you can stop the panic and start on your action plan.

You’ll get equal parts emotional support, an impartial ear, and practical tested tips to kickstart your next chapter.

If you’re in Amsterdam, I’ll even get you discovering your new city - all my 1:1s are available as Walk & Talks.

And, as a natural connector, a consultation with me rarely ends without a few recommendations being thrown in, whether for a book, business or person I think you’d like.

It took me six years to feel settled in my new life. But I can help you feel at home fast.

About Caitlin:

I took my first yoga class in 2009 as a form of physical therapy to help recover from an injury. But I quickly realized there was much more to yoga than just the physical benefits. I was instantly drawn in by the connection between mind and body and how yoga led me to be more in tune with myself and the world around me.

With a consistent practice of more than 10 years, I am dedicated to living yoga on and off the mat, and to sharing my knowledge and passion for yoga with those around me.

My teaching style focuses on the connection between movement, alignment and breath in order to move the body and find stillness in the mind. I believe yoga teaches us how to build strength and resilience on the mat which we can carry with us into our everyday lives. I encourage students to find stillness and softness even in challenging moments.
