Enterprise Coaching for Agility Bootcamp (ICP-ENT/CAT) Live-Online Course

This Enterprise Bootcamp includes two interactive courses – Agility in the Enterprise and Coaching Agile Transitions – both part of ICAgile’s Enterprise Coaching for Agility Track. This advanced certification track provides the foundational tools and knowledge Agile leaders need to develop a rich understanding of the complexity and scope of enterprise agility. These courses are ideal for companies who want to increase the capabilities of their Agile leaders, managers, or coaches to lead Agile Transformations and sustain long-term change.

NOTE: To qualify and apply for the ICAgile Certified Expert in Enterprise Coaching (ICE-EC) certification, you must earn both certifications on the Enterprise Coaching for Agility track (ENT and CAT).

What is the ICP-ENT? Agility in the Enterprise (The Nuts and Bolts)

The ICP-ENT certification takes a deep dive into understanding agility at an extended enterprise level – from structure, processes, leadership and cultural perspectives – to be better responsive and value-driven.

Learn how to design systems with agile in mind, explore how to engage with leadership on topics like organizational culture and development, and measure business performance from an agile perspective. You will also learn how to navigate common dysfunctions like handoffs and waste to design a system that supports high-performance, customer focus, and organizational agility.

What is the ICP-CAT? Coaching Agile Transitions (People-focused)

The ICP-CAT certification explores the core elements of an agile transformation (organizational and human change processes) to teach highly-effective enterprise coaching and large-scale facilitation skills that empower coaches to act as change agents in their organizations through communication and education.

Successful enterprise agile transitions require active participation and self-organization from all levels. In this course, you’ll learn how to generate alignment, innovation, and clear direction forward in large groups with diverse opinions, identify and overcome resistance, and gain new techniques for coaching large groups in the context of enterprise-wide change. By the end of the course, attendees gain a new level of understanding and effectiveness in their roles as leaders.

Meet Michele Madore, ICE-EC, Author, Entrepreneur

How can YOU be an instrument for change? This is the question Michele Madore – Founder and Managing Member of Trans4mation, author and accredited Agile trainer – has set out to answer in her three decade career as an Agile leader and architect of change.

With a passion for people and mentorship, Michele realized early in her career that lack of technical skills was not the reason organizations were facing challenges. Rather, it was the need for personal development of interpersonal, social and emotional capabilities.

She studied executive coaching and critical professional/life competencies which launched her coaching career, and has now spent over 25 years as a consultant to large-scale Agile transformations. Her coaching practice is informed by her own journey to challenge the status-quo and inspire others to find their authentic voice and be instruments of change.

Michele applies the Integral Agile Transformation Framework™ to help leaders succeed with their organizational agility. She also holds a variety of professional credentials including: Certified Professional Integral Coach (ICCP-2), ICAgile Certified Enterprise Coaching Expert (ICE-EC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), and SAFe Agilist (SA).

Live-Online Requirements:

To participate in the online course, you'll need the following:

• A quiet, comfortable place to be for the duration of the class
• Choose an area without distractions
• Be mindful of managing potential interruptions (e.g. children, pets, etc).
• Computer (desktop, laptop, or tablet)
• Camera and microphone (we'll have virtual breakout rooms)
• Headset to filter out room noise
• Internet connectivity

• Committed to full, 100% attendance and participation during class time

Engagement:

• Breaks – The course will include frequent breaks to allow time away from the screen, time to stretch your legs, and check on friends/family.
• Video Required – You'll be working with others in video breakout rooms. It's a unique way to engage with your classmates and dive deeper into discussions.
• Tools – Our coaches have incorporated easy-to-use websites and online collaboration tools to support their lessons.

Cancellation Policy:

A 90% refund will be issued for cancellations made in 14 days or more from the start date of the course. For cancellations made in less than 14 days, we will allow a one-time transfer into the next available course. All cancellation requests must be emailed to info@hyperdriveagile.com.
