Do you long for the chance to manage a team, but feel you've been consistently passed over? Do you crave advancement and impact, and resent that only managers seem to get career progression?How can you convince your org to stop treating management like a promotion instead of a career change?~~~We all grapple with these issues, especially as senior contributors. This event presents a rare opportunity to process questions like these (and more!) with your wise and experienced peers, in small, focused and lightly facilitated discussion groups. Remember, your career is your responsibility.
